Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@pixelpolish.com.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Ownership: All content, visuals, videos, software, and documentation on our website or delivered through our Services are the intellectual property of Pixel Polish or our partners.
License to You: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables we provide for their intended marketing purpose, subject to any restrictions set forth in these Terms or other agreements.

By submitting property photos, logos, or listing materials (“Provided Materials”), you confirm you have full legal rights to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is free from copyright restrictions or is properly licensed.
8.2 Grant of License
By providing materials to us, you grant Pixel Polish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to adapt, transform, and use those materials in your marketing deliverables.
8.3 Usage During Listing
You are granted full use of the final deliverables while your property listing is active, for purposes related to promotion or sale.
8.4 Copyright Post-Listing
After the listing concludes, Pixel Polish retains full copyright ownership of the produced work. Continued usage rights must be agreed upon separately.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Pixel Polish.
Message Frequency: Frequency may vary. We reserve the right to adjust the number of messages sent at any time.
Carrier Disclaimer: Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. After unsubscribing, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, sign up again through our website or Services.
